BROOKLYN NAVY YARD & STEINER STUDIOS

Established in 1801 and owned by the United States Federal Government, the Brooklyn Navy Yard served as one of the premier ship-building facilities in the U.S. for more than 150 years. In 1967, the City of New York purchased the Navy Yard from the Federal Government and reopened it as an industrial park.
These days Navy Yard is a vibrant industrial complex spread over 300 acres, and houses over 230 companies that generate a workforce of more than 5000 permanent employees. Lion's Group acted as a consultant for New York Regional Center, providing its expertise and knowledge of China to attract over 500 Chinese investors.
The redevelopment project that included Steiner Studios Expansion Project and broad infrastructure improvements raised US$ 285,000,000 in EB-5 investments from 570 investors, creating over 5700 jobs.

PROJECT "SOLARIS"

Located in the center of Vail Village, CO, Solaris is Number One ski resort in the State. Lion's Group collaborated with Colorado Regional Center to raise over $80 million through EB-5 investment for the development of new retail and residential space in the resort. This project attracted 165 EB-5 investors from China, creating over 1700 jobs.

PROJECT NCM USA

NCM USA is a 10,000 sq. foot facility, which was built to be one of the most advanced PET radio-pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution networks in New York State. With $10 million of EB-5 investments, this project attracted 20 EB-5 investors with joint effort of New York Proton Regional Center and Lion's Group. 
The facility is designed to complete multiple synthesis technologies for various product manufacturing lines. The remaining space will consist of a research facility designed to produce radio-pharmaceuticals for clinical trials.

NCM has signed a technology procurement agreement with General Electric (GE) for cyclotron and associated manufacturing technologies. We are introducing patented proprietary technologies from Posi-Med, a first in the PET industry and introducing an innovative technology designed to exceed the newly announced FDA 212 requirements. Introduction of these technologies will establish NCM as a leader in PET manufacturing in the New York area.

PROJECT RIVERWALK AT LOON MOUNTAIN

RiverWalk at Loon Mountain is a luxurious hotel resort and spa located in Lincold, NH. Lion's Group teamed up with Invest New Hampshire Regional Center to bring 20 EB-5 investors to this project. Situated on the north bank of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River at the base of the South Peak of Loon Mountain, RiverWalk will ultimately have 170 fractional-ownership units, ranging in size from 800 to 2,000 square feet, and costing between $50,000 and $200,000.

Amenities will include a full-service spa; fitness center; restaurant and lounge; game room; heated all-season pool; a seasonal pool that converts into a skating rink; an owners’ club; and personal storage lockers.
